Training Umbrella has trusted venue partnerships around North America. We will fit the venue to your event. We can have your event in a formal, informal, or an interactive setting. We have the option to use us for RSVP services, decor, food, music and technology.
Corporate events could have attendees who will be traveling and need a place to stay. We have several hotels located near venues to ensure your attendees are in a comfortable vicinity. We can arrange travel to and from the event space or make sure events are within walking distance.
Finding a venue that has a reliable computer lab, or not one at all, can be difficult. Training Umbrella can setup a mobile lab with any custom image, wherever the training is. Our staff will setup and break down the lab, allowing your trainer focus on the students.
Events could be an all day event, and we will work with your company to meet catering needs. With our knowledge of pricing and dietary requirements, we will make sure your company is getting the best food from the area.
Attendees traveling from out of state would need transportation to attend your event. We can arrange all travel arrangements and logistics or use your travel company to book all necessary travel.
Our on-site support is available in all of our facilities, and when using a mobile lab. For all technical and setup needs, there is an on-site staff member to make your training go smoothly.
